“I purchased a tiny condo in a historic building in downtown Golden with a nebulous dream to ‘make it beautiful’ and turn it into a successful short term rental business. A friend recommended Ashley and I’m so thankful for that intro. We started with my budget, a Pinterest board of the target vibe, and a talk about what I wanted her to manage for me (everything!). From there, Ashley designed a bespoke, colorful, wonderfully detailed space that included both new materials as well as lovingly cared for furnishings and art where it made sense. Her recommended contractor was also great and worked closely with us to bring it all together. I first listed this space 2 months ago and now have 75 bookings on the calendar. Ashley is at the heart of my dream becoming a reality!”
